THE DESCREPANCY OF E- LEARNING

  There are very many gaps between my current reality of E-learning and where I would like to be (vision). among them is load shedding which have constantly been bringing about the destruction of the e-learning gadgets. Besides this there are few learners who are well conversant with the modes of e learning especially where asynchronous and hybrid are used and it is on this note that more skills are being and will be given. network is also being improved most especially on campus which will give learners the capacity to use  different modes of E learning most especially the synchronous and hybrid methods

 As a result many opportunities have been identified for example  enrolling for refresher courses most especially about repair and maintainance of ICT gadgets which is increasing not only the skills but also digital well being

DESCRIPANCT BETWEEN VISION AND CURRENT REALITY

     The vision for e-learning is different from the reality in that my vision for e-learning is all students from primary to university use e-learning technology like computer, tabs and laptop and also use those same e-learning gadgets while at work. My current reality is there is access to some e-learning gadgets like computer, laptop, projector and tablets for learners. Opportunity available to reduce the gap from current towards vision is that all students in the school have tablets and they can access internet so lessons can be conducted online.
