My vision as a teacher of Kiswahili language is to make use to learners to know how to search all the important information on Kiswahili language, including all new words which they don't know. and the current reality is learners have now internate on their computer and they can be able to search even they have tablets where they can keep all their information they want.

There have been changes in technologies since I joined school in 1999.  The first classroom I entered had only a chalk board and a few seats. DESCRIPANCT BETWEEN VISION AND CURRENT REALITY

     The vision for e-learning is different from the reality in that my vision for e-learning is all students from primary to university use e-learning technology like computer, tabs and laptop and also use those same e-learning gadgets while at work. My current reality is there is access to some e-learning gadgets like computer, laptop, projector and tablets for learners. Opportunity available to reduce the gap from current towards vision is that all students in the school have tablets and they can access internet so lessons can be conducted online.
