 DISCREPANCY BTN VISION AND CURRENT REALITY

The teachers and students knowledge on using e-learning gadgets is still lacking 

Students have network problems while they are at home and connecting to them is not easy 

Tablet batteries are not strong enough to keep on students using the tablets for at least a day 

Internet is not readily available to the students when they are away from school and parents can't easily buy for their children

Opportunity of growing the current reality into the vision

The school plans to conduct teachers'  workshop on online lessons and google classrooms to enable them conduct online lesson 

The school will provide students and teachers with some data to enable them share the content

prepare more soft notes and share them with students using different platforms

There have been changes in technologies since I joined school in 1999.  The first classroom I entered had only a chalk board and a few seats. DESCRIPANCT BETWEEN VISION AND CURRENT REALITY

     The vision for e-learning is different from the reality in that my vision for e-learning is all students from primary to university use e-learning technology like computer, tabs and laptop and also use those same e-learning gadgets while at work. My current reality is there is access to some e-learning gadgets like computer, laptop, projector and tablets for learners. Opportunity available to reduce the gap from current towards vision is that all students in the school have tablets and they can access internet so lessons can be conducted online.
