discrepancy between vision and current reality




 my vision is that 53 learners have sufficient skills in using e-learning and current reality is that learners still have limited skills in e-learning so the opportunity would be encouraging them to always use the available gadgets like computers,tablets and internet to improve on their skills.also my learners are expected to always download notes and share with their friends on different plat forms in so doing their skills will be improved.

DESCRIPANCT BETWEEN VISION AND CURRENT REALITY

     The vision for e-learning is different from the reality in that my vision for e-learning is all students from primary to university use e-learning technology like computer, tabs and laptop and also use those same e-learning gadgets while at work. My current reality is there is access to some e-learning gadgets like computer, laptop, projector and tablets for learners. Opportunity available to reduce the gap from current towards vision is that all students in the school have tablets and they can access internet so lessons can be conducted online.
