Jerome's Visionary Approach to e-Learning

 My Vision: To be an articulate e-learning materials provider for University students.

My students will use any ICT gadgets to access e-learning materials.

The goal is to make them familiar with e-learning technologies so that when they graduate they can continue with this novel method of learning.

The course I teach relies on Literature which can be accessed via the internet.

I am interested in learning how to produce, deliver and assess my learners. I am interested also in how to make video clips.I wish to learn how I can deliver my lectures synchronously and otherwise.

 I am a professional teacher of Mathematics and Economics. There have been changes in technologies since I joined school in 1999.  The first classroom I entered had only a chalk board and a few seats. This didn't change through out until I joined University in 2013 At University, I hand my small button phone and we were introduced to computer but we hard nothing to do with computers for we hard no knowledge about it. DESCRIPANCT BETWEEN VISION AND CURRENT REALITY

     The vision for e-learning is different from the reality in that my vision for e-learning is all students from primary to university use e-learning technology like computer, tabs and laptop and also use those same e-learning gadgets while at work. My current reality is there is access to some e-learning gadgets like computer, laptop, projector and tablets for learners. Opportunity available to reduce the gap from current towards vision is that all students in the school have tablets and they can access internet so lessons can be conducted online.
