My name is Tumwekwase Joseph aged 36 years , a Ugandan and a teacher by profession. currently i work with URDT GIRLS School Kagadi Uganda.

I started my education carrier at Yeruzalemu primary school and joined other levels of education in uganda. my education was so difficult that in all schools  I attended the level of technology was low . I started experiencing technology when i left Uganda and went to other countries for further experiences.

The telephone, Radio and fairly television.

NO, i did not use the technology during my studies.

Since i joined URDT GIRLS SCHOOL technology has been part of my life.

YES, this has been part of me since i joined URDT GIRLS SCHOOL.

Technology is now my part of stractural tension chart and vision that i cannot do any thing without it.

There have been changes in technologies since I joined school in 1999.  The first classroom I entered had only a chalk board and a few seats. This didn't change through out until I joined University in 2013 At University, I hand my small button phone and we were introduced to computer but we hard nothing to do with computers for we hard no knowledge about it. DESCRIPANCT BETWEEN VISION AND CURRENT REALITY

     The vision for e-learning is different from the reality in that my vision for e-learning is all students from primary to university use e-learning technology like computer, tabs and laptop and also use those same e-learning gadgets while at work. My current reality is there is access to some e-learning gadgets like computer, laptop, projector and tablets for learners. Opportunity available to reduce the gap from current towards vision is that all students in the school have tablets and they can access internet so lessons can be conducted online.
