MONICA DISCRIPANCY BETWEEN VISION AND CURRENT REALITY

 The vision and current reality all build to achieve target goal  where helps one know current situations  which helps one achieve the vision .According to my vision and current reality  already we  have computers projectors ,tablets internet same skills on technology but need more especially on  lessons on zoom lessons but most resources are available.

There have been changes in technologies since I joined school in 1999.  The first classroom I entered had only a chalk board and a few seats. This didn't change through out until I joined University in 2013 At University, I hand my small button phone and we were introduced to computer but we hard nothing to do with computers for we hard no knowledge about it. DESCRIPANCT BETWEEN VISION AND CURRENT REALITY

     The vision for e-learning is different from the reality in that my vision for e-learning is all students from primary to university use e-learning technology like computer, tabs and laptop and also use those same e-learning gadgets while at work. My current reality is there is access to some e-learning gadgets like computer, laptop, projector and tablets for learners. Opportunity available to reduce the gap from current towards vision is that all students in the school have tablets and they can access internet so lessons can be conducted online.
