 E-LEARNING VISION FOR MY LEARNERS 

266 students get assess to online lessons, download and use offline content, videos related to academics and Back Home Projects. Have online exchange visits

Students will use both computers and tablets to achieve at this vision 

In mathematics and Entrepreneurship, students will be able to use their tablets and computers  to get access to online materials and do activities using google classroom

 I am a professional teacher of Mathematics and Economics. There have been changes in technologies since I joined school in 1999.  The first classroom I entered had only a chalk board and a few seats. This didn't change through out until I joined University in 2013 At University, I hand my small button phone and we were introduced to computer but we hard nothing to do with computers for we hard no knowledge about it. Time went on when we got computers and projectors in our lecture rooms We were also introduced blended learning where we would interact with our lecturers both physically and virtually. This mostly helped students who had smart phones and laptops. Now days I use technology almost through out the day; in office, to communicate, to teach and to socialize with others  Technology is very good for it has made work easy

DESCRIPANCT BETWEEN VISION AND CURRENT REALITY

     The vision for e-learning is different from the reality in that my vision for e-learning is all students from primary to university use e-learning technology like computer, tabs and laptop and also use those same e-learning gadgets while at work. My current reality is there is access to some e-learning gadgets like computer, laptop, projector and tablets for learners. Opportunity available to reduce the gap from current towards vision is that all students in the school have tablets and they can access internet so lessons can be conducted online.
