discrepancy btn vision and current reality

 my vision is students have skills in technology and able to use laptop, tablet  to learn art,computer graphic to search on you tube to make products and market using you tube  and current reality students have little skills in technology and opportunities for growth to a vision include;students make practice to gain more skills,start posting their products on you tube for market and earn trough you tube.

There have been changes in technologies since I joined school in 1999.  The first classroom I entered had only a chalk board and a few seats. DESCRIPANCT BETWEEN VISION AND CURRENT REALITY

     The vision for e-learning is different from the reality in that my vision for e-learning is all students from primary to university use e-learning technology like computer, tabs and laptop and also use those same e-learning gadgets while at work. My current reality is there is access to some e-learning gadgets like computer, laptop, projector and tablets for learners. Opportunity available to reduce the gap from current towards vision is that all students in the school have tablets and they can access internet so lessons can be conducted online.
