current reality for my learners about e-learning(kanyesige immaculate)

 my students have tablets each one of them.  However much they are not using the tablets well for e- learning.

because they cannot type using their tabs and do not use the internet for research because they do not have data. yet they have some skills on how to use the internet.

we have computers and projectors in our classes however much they are off and on.

There have been changes in technologies since I joined school in 1999.  The first classroom I entered had only a chalk board and a few seats. DESCRIPANCT BETWEEN VISION AND CURRENT REALITY

     The vision for e-learning is different from the reality in that my vision for e-learning is all students from primary to university use e-learning technology like computer, tabs and laptop and also use those same e-learning gadgets while at work. My current reality is there is access to some e-learning gadgets like computer, laptop, projector and tablets for learners. Opportunity available to reduce the gap from current towards vision is that all students in the school have tablets and they can access internet so lessons can be conducted online.
